Independent, specialist trustee services to clients of AEGON Scottish Equitable International . This means no conflict of interest will exist between the trustees and investment managers, provided by AEGON Scottish Equitable International.
The service comprises the following vehicles:
• Short Form Trust - is a simple trust product, which is designed for clients who hold one single premium Life Assurance Bond with AEGON Scottish Equitable International . The terms of the trust dictate that this is only suitable for clients with less complex affairs.
• Long Form Trust - is more complex and flexible, which is designed for clients with diverse and multi ‘situs' assets. The flexibility of the terms of the trust means it is suitable for clients with complex affairs.
• Offshore Company - for the type of client where it would be beneficial to hold the assets in a company rather than directly by the trustees.
A preferential fees and costs arrangement has been agreed with AEGON Scottish Equitable International, which includes the waiving of our set-up fee for our Short Form Trust. Introduction
